Cancel & Return Policy

Mettimo believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on Mettimo.?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

 

PRODUCT RETURN  AND REPLACEMENT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES :-

  • Delivered damage and defective product
  • Wrong product delivered 
  • Wrong color,size
  • Part of product missing  

 

PRODUCT RETURN  AND REPLACEMENT NOT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES :-

  • Product is washed/damaged/worn
  • Part of missing delivered full product 
  • Products must be in their original condition
  • Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • If, according to your opinion you don't like the product, this return reason is not acceptable
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
  • In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-refundable

 

REFUND POLICY
We are not accept self damaged products -- Beacsue All product are firstly cross verify though quality checkers.
In that case,If we found damaged from customer we can't accept that product for replacement or refund.

  • After you have initiated return request through our website, kindly contact our Customer Support through email (info@mettimo.com).
  • If the mode of payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), Customer Support Team will provide you refund form in which you need to fill your bank account details. We will initiate NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. You may expect to receive refund amount in 10 days. 
  • in case of, Any product you want to return to us,and at your location our return pick up service is not available in any courier partners,At that situation customer are responsible to return  product to our company on our address.
